Team Sponsor:  Corporate Trivia Challenge
a fundraising event to support economic literacy in area schools.
 

Program Description:  
Corporate Trivia Challenge is a fun-filled evening during which community leaders and businesses match wits and trivia  knowledge to raise money to support Economic Education in area schools.  Up to 12 corporate teams compete in a format that combines the elements of the game show "Jeopardy," the board game "Trivial Pursuit," and the high school competition "Quiz Bowl." This event is a wonderful way to build company morale and support a good cause at the same time!

    Entertainment: Kansas Heart with Chris Biggs, KS Securities Commissioner on the Guitar

Key points:

  • Trivia Challenge is a fundraiser to support economic education

  • Up to 12 Corporate teams compete for fun and bragging rights

  • Quiz Bowl style double-elimination competition

  • A reception with wine, beer and heavy hors d’oeuvres precedes the Challenge

  • A “Spirit Award” for team and guests with the most spirit

  • Winning Team receives a trophy and bragging rights for the year!

Team Fee:  $2,000 per Team of 4

 

Possible Sources of Team Fees:
Ideally, teams will be sponsored by their employer, however, individual team members who want to participate may opt to raise the team fees themselves.  (A pledge sheet is available for this purpose.)
