Please submit the following form if you would like to be considered an applicant for the 2008 Sports & Econ 101. You will be notified of your acceptance via email so be sure that KCEE@wichita.edu is added to your email safe list. If you haven't heard from us in a week, please call 316-978-5335 or email.

Sports& Econ 101 LOCATIONS:	This workshop is limited to certified Kansas Social Studies teachers in grades 6-12 currently under contract with a public or private school. One graduate credit is optional for $100. The remainder of the cost will be paid for by KCEE.

Please be sure to mail your $25 check to hold your seat. The mailing address will be displayed once you click submit. Checks will not be cashed and it will be returned to you at the end of the workshop as long as you attend both days. Checks are also returned if your application is not accepted or you withdraw within 2 weeks of the workshop.
